Miracle League of Blaine Becomes Blaine Area Little League Challenger Division

In the last 3 years, we have grown the league from 32 players to over 120. We have gone from no sponsors to 15 local businesses being involved in our growth. The community has stepped up and wants to help us replace our field. Because of that, we have made some changes to the league.

We are partnering with the Blaine Area Little League and becoming the BALL Challenger Division.

We have made this move to give us more access to a bigger board, more sponsorships, more volunteers, and more players. This will give us tremendous growth and notoriety throughout the community. We will have a better chance of replacing our aging field with their help, as well.

As for now, games, teams, and sponsors are all the same. The only change you should see is the name change on social media and your jerseys. At this time, we don’t anticipate any fee increases for next year.

Brandy Eckman has resigned her post as President after having served for 3 years. She and her family are moving out of state and will no longer be available to run the league. Lori Gehrke has been elected as Vice President under the BALL board. Paul Perez is the President of the BALL board and will be available for questions. You can email the BALL board here.

It has been our great honor to serve you the last 3 years, and Lori and most of the board will continue on in the same capacity. Please be patient with us as we go through this transition. During this time, the Miracle League of Blaine board is working with the BALL board to make sure this transition is as seamless as possible, but there are bound to be some wrinkles.

If you have any questions, please email board@miracleleagueofblaine.org.

Thank you,
